All Scotia-Glenville faculty, staff and substitutes now now have the ability to complete their annual HazCom training requirement electronically.* To take the training, please click on the link below. Be sure to READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY. Failure to properly follow directions may result in your not receiving credit for completing the training. *Important Note: This online
training program does not cover all material required for compliance with
the Hazard Communication/NYS Right-to Know regulations: This online training alone, even with the district-specific follow-up, is not adequate for all faculty & staff. Additional training will be provided for departments including, but not limited to: Facilities & Operations, School Nurses, Art, Science, Technology, Transportation, those identified as ‘at risk’ by the district’s Exposure Control Plan, etc. Additional training will be provided by BOCES Safety Specialist Jennifer Bennett as coordinated through individual department supervisors.

Read the information, noting the special email address you will need as a Scotia-Glenville employee (rtk-staff@sgcsd.net) or substitute (rtk-subs@sgcsd.net) and scroll to the bottom to the link "To Begin the Course Click Here." At the end of the course, you will have to enter those Scotia-Glenville hazcom email address so that your results can be registered. |
