Community Forum
A Special Meeting of the Scotia-Glenville Central School District was held in the Cafeteria of the Middle School in said district on June 21, 2008.
President of the Board of Education Margaret Smith called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m.
Present: Ahnert, Benedetto, Carbone, Conlon, Normington, Smith, and Yagielski
MOVED by Yagielski that the Board of Education adjourn to Executive Session in order to discuss matters relating to personnel and/or negotiations.

MOTION CARRIED
The Board adjourned to Executive Session at 8:40 a.m. and returned to Open Session at 9:55 a.m.
Superintendent Swartz was present during the last 25 minutes of Executive Session. Superintendent Swartz and Business Manager Giaquinto were both present during Open Session.
The Board held a Community Forum for the purpose of discussing Building Project Considerations.
MOVED by Normington that the Board of Education adjourn to Executive Session in order to discuss matters relating to personnel and/or negotiations.
