Scotia-Glenville spring concerts: May 4, 5, 7, 13, 14, 26 and 28

Thousands of Scotia-Glenville students will perform in the coming weeks during spring concerts.
All concerts begin at 7 p.m. and are held at the High School auditorium.

Monday, May 4 – Grade 8 Women's Chorus and High School Concert Choir under the direction of Jessica Crisci and the High School Concert Band under the direction of Allison Atchley.

Tuesday, May 5 – Glendaal grades 4-5 Chorus under the direction of Susan Weisman and the Grade 5 Band under the direction of Chad Ploss. The concert will also feature the 6th grade Orchestra under the direction of Cheryl Ferraro.

Thursday, May 7 – Grade 6 Chorus, under the direction of Susan Weisman; the High School Symphonic Band under the direction of Allison Atchley; and the Grade 8 Band under the direction of Stephen Jensen. SG students do well in Music Festivals


Wednesday, May 13: the Sacandaga grades 4-5 chorus under the direction of Robert Hileman and the 5th grade band under the direction of Chad Ploss; the 7th grade band under the direction of Stephen Jensen.

Thursday, May 14: the Lincoln grades 4-5 chorus under the direction of Jan Rice and the 5th grade band under the direction of Chad Ploss. The concert will also feature the Elementary District Strings under the direction of Lorelei Heidenstrom and the High School Orchestra under the direction of Cheryl Ferraro.

Tuesday, May 26: the Glen-Worden grades 4-5 chorus under the direction of Peter Rizzo and the 5th grade band under the direction of Chad Ploss; the grades 7-8 orchestra under the direction of Mrs. Cheryl Ferraro.

Thursday, May 28: the 7th grade chorus and 8th grade men’s choir, both under the direction of Jessica Crisci; the High School Chamber Orchestra under the direction of Cheryl Ferraro and the 6th grade band under the direction of Stephen Jensen
