Good afternoon,

It has come to my attention that folks are concerned about the possibility of student / staff H1N1 infections. A parent informed us that their family had traveled to Mexico during April break and as a precaution two of them were being tested. Neither has been in our buildings for the past week.

As of Friday afternoon, the Schenectady County Health Department has reported there are no confirmed cases of H1N1 in Schenectady County. For those of you interested in additional information, on Monday we posted a letter on the district website which has links to additional information from the State Health Department. The State Health Department website will then link you to the CDC, HHS, and other links.
